Refund Policy

1. Event tickets

Ticket money goes directly to the account of the church running the event — the platform never holds it. Ticket refunds are therefore decided and executed by the church itself, from its own payment account.

Buyers should contact the organising church. Each event’s policy (whether and until when refunds are given) is set by the church.

2. Platform subscription

The first 14 days are free; cancelling within the trial incurs no charge.

After that, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly cycle. There is no pro-rata refund of a started month, except for billing errors on our side — those we correct in full.

3. Ticketing fee

The monthly ticketing fee is calculated on paid sales. If the church refunds a buyer, the refunded amount is deducted from the following month’s calculation upon notification.
